Fred finally received the recognition he has worked so hard to achieve, being selected as the MVP of the AUS, Playoff MVP, as well as a first team All Canadian... one of five finalists for the prestigious Howard Mackie Award for CIAU's  top student athlete... his 20.8 ppg average was first in the AUS and third in the CIAU... do-it-all performer player night in and night our... co-captain for the X-Men.
